Lost Property

At Buzzers, we understand the frustration formed when your child returns home from one of our sessions or Camps without one or several of the items they left with! Therefore, we have a simple plan for the return of these items (assuming we can locate them!)


All lost/unclaimed items will be left with the school in their designated 'Lost Property' area. Parents are advised to collect their child's items directly from the school. No lost/unclaimed items will be taken off-site by the Buzzers team and we are unable to wait around after the club operating hours to hand back items.


For any items lost whilst attending one of our school holiday Camps, parents have the following options -

During the Camp period:

Collection from the VENUE during Camp operating days and hours.


After the Camp period:

After the last day of the Camp period, all lost items will be returned to our HEAD OFFICE. All larger items e.g. coats, jumpers, bags etc will be photographed and shown in the gallery below. Parents then have 2 weeks to claim and collect their child's missing items (please click here to make contact with our office to arrange a date and time for collection). After the 2 week period has passed, all unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity shop.
